PREDRAG BJELAC (Actor, Serbia/Czechia)

Predrag Bjelac studied at the Belgrade University of Arts, and he also spent a year at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in the USA. He began his acting career in his native Yugoslavia, where he remains one of the most well-known figures in television and film.
His most famous role thus far came in the year 2005, when he played the Headmaster at Durmstrang Institute, Igor Karkaroff, in the fourth Harry Potter film: HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE. He also appeared in other large American blockbusters, such as THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: PRINCE CASPIAN, EUROTRIP, and a remake of the classic film, THE OMEN.
To Czech fans, he is best-known for his performances in the movies GANGSTER KA and GANGSTER KA: THE AFRICAN, where he played the role of Dardan, one of the most significant characters in this film series. His performance as Chřestýš in the film RO(C)K PODVRAŤÁKŮ is also unforgettable.
Predrag’s acting talents have also graced the world of television. His most famous performances in TV shows include roles in the Czech crime shows CIRKUS BUKOWSKY and RAPL.
