VIP ticket

VIP ticket is plastic card with a lanyard for hanging round your neck. Sold until limited number sold out in advance at Ticketmaster, last remaining at CCP e-shop. Ticketmaster sends them in three waves, the first by Christmas (ordered before 1. December), the second (ordered before 26. January 2025) and third (ordered before 10. March 2025) wave will follow. Tickets purchased in the CCP e-shop must be picked up (based on the QR code sent by e-mail by the e-shop) at the CCP reception at entrance 33, then you must enter the building either through the VIP entrance or the standard entrance.

VIP tickets are valid for all three event days. In order to return to the venue during the same day, you need to reactivate your ticket by scanning at the turnstile before you leave the venue! This is only possible until 9pm (5pm on Sundays). You do not need to activate your ticket when leaving the building to enter the next day.

Reserved seating at the front in program halls B and E2 is available only until 5 minutes before an event begins. Once this time has elapsed, VIP participants lose the right to seat reservations.
